convenient location ironing kit helpful staff dusty room uncool fridge missing water bottle

The hotel has a very convenient location near the train station. My room included an ironing kit which was useful. I found the staff helpful (i especially appreciated Ivana's kindness). The breakfast had vegan milk available.

The fridge in the room did not cool very well. The hotel did not provide a complimentary water bottle daily as advertised (it was a small detail, but still).

substandard room cleaning no phone

The location was acceptable near the central station a plus for transport links.

i am frustrated the self-check-in was pushed on me i prefer direct service. The room cleaning was substandard dust was visible on surfaces and it was annoying. No phone was in the room a major INCONVENIENCE if assistance was needed.

the location was super convenient to the train station. i could easily access my transportation. the self-check-in process was helpful. i found a coffee machine in my room, along with coffee and fresh milk.

mediocre experience

infrequent cleaning missing amenities

the staff at the front desk were friendly, and that was acceptable.

The room was not cleaned daily. It was only done every other day. This was not punctual. one day, i had to remind them that it was cleaning day, and the next time, the room was not cleaned at all. there was no toilet paper and no clean towels. I had to complain so they sent someone to clean at night.
