The location was acceptable near the central station a plus for transport links.

i am frustrated the self-check-in was pushed on me i prefer direct service. The room cleaning was substandard dust was visible on surfaces and it was annoying. No phone was in the room a major INCONVENIENCE if assistance was needed.

the staff at the front desk were friendly, and that was acceptable.

The room was not cleaned daily. It was only done every other day. This was not punctual. one day, i had to remind them that it was cleaning day, and the next time, the room was not cleaned at all. there was no toilet paper and no clean towels. I had to complain so they sent someone to clean at night.

the location was convenient to the main train station.

The room was not cleaned once during my three-night stay. i had to ask for new towels on the last night. That was annoying. also, there was a problem with the fitness equipment. None of it worked. the hotel staff did not fix it , frustrating.
